Maine Veterans Home Receives Donation From Quirk Employees In Bangor
Quirk Auto Group has long been committed to Veterans groups throughout the state of Maine, most notably it’s deep involvement with the development of Wreaths Across America.
Veteran’s groups are highly regarded by Quirk employees when deciding where their money be used to support local charities and Maine Veterans Home has been selected this year to receive a $1,000 donation.
Maine Veterans’ Homes provides compassionate care to those who have served at six locations throughout the state of Maine: Augusta, Bangor, Caribou, Machias, Scarborough, and South Paris. Their modern facilities provide an array of service lines that include rehabilitative and therapy services, long term, short term and skilled nursing care. Together, these locations provide focus on providing top quality care, compassionate support and peace of mind for veterans and their families.
Jack Quirk, David Quirk and many employees from Quirk Auto Park of Bangor present a check to Josh Scroggins, Director of Development, Maine Veterans’ Homes in the amount of $1,000 to support this invaluable statewide resource.
